About Us
Welcome! I’m Deepkiran, a registered clinical counsellor (RCC). You can think of me as your personal cheerleader, confidant, and co-pilot as we navigate life’s twists and turns together. My approach to counselling is grounded in collaboration through empathy, active listening, and compassion to build a therapeutic alliance, helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges.
Born and raised in India, I understand the intricate dynamics of South Asian culture and believe in offering a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to express themselves. I am passionate about mental health advocacy in South Asian communities and am committed to breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and empowering clients to live healthier, more fulfilled lives. I look forward to speaking with you in English/Hindi/Punjabi, which ever language you associate the most with!

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
A structured, goal-oriented therapy that helps individuals identify and change negative thought patterns to improve emotional well-being and behavior.
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
A therapy focusing on emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness, often used for individuals struggling with intense emotions.
Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)
Combines mindfulness practices with cognitive therapy to prevent relapse in depression and reduce stress by increasing present-moment awareness.
Motivational Interviewing

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
A technique combining cognitive therapy with acupressure-like tapping on specific points to reduce stress, anxiety, and emotional distress.
